Our Story

We are Ibrahim and Afsana, the founders of Supported Living Property Group, bringing together complementary expertise across operations, strategy, and service delivery within the supported living sector.

We entered the social housing and care sector with the aim of building something structured, responsible, and sustainable. Through operating within regulated environments, we quickly realised the gap between perception and reality.

We began our journey in property, initially developing and scaling a serviced accommodation portfolio, before making a strategic transition into supported living. What we learned quickly is that this sector cannot be approached like traditional property or investment models.

Operating in a space with limited accessible guidance at the time, we established our own unique frameworks through direct experience and built a clear understanding of what is required to deliver services that are not only compliant, sustainable, but consistently deliver to a high standard.

Today, we work with individuals and organisations seeking to enter or strengthen their position within supported living and social housing and offering guidance grounded in practical experience, operational insight, with a commitment to raising standards across the sector.
